John, Eddie and Michelle from Oslo Coffee Roasters
dropped by the bar the other day to give us the extra special java treatment. Our staff got to take part in a coffee cupping where we sniffed and slurped our way through some of Oslo’s coffee varietials. We also learned a bunch about their roasting process, like how the weather can affect processing the beans and how Oslo staffers know when the coffee is done roasting just by how it smells.
